A Professional Makeup Artist Turned Entrepreneur: Why?

"I’ve always believed in having the freedom to decide how much I work, the structure of my workdays, and my schedule. Having children, flexibility in work is a huge advantage. Although I graduated with a degree in accounting, I never applied this knowledge in an office setting. While raising my children, I opened a makeup studio with a friend, where I also worked as a makeup artist. I found great joy in contributing to my clients’ happiness during their special occasions. Shortly after, I discovered the natural cosmetics brand ZAO. Even though I didn’t have anything at that point—not even a name or a store—I reached out to them about potential collaboration. At the time, the idea of the store was just starting to take shape in my mind.

To my surprise, ZAO responded warmly. They expressed interest in working together, mentioning that they didn’t have an official representative in Lithuania or the Baltic region. Their support boosted my confidence and made me realize that this was a sign to pursue my idea. That’s how it all began..."
