Delivery via DPD parcel terminals is FREE for orders of 49 EUR or more. Delivery time: 1–4 business days.

LP EXPRESS

Delivery via LP Express courier to the specified address costs 4.99 EUR. Delivery time: 1–4 business days. (The LP Express courier will deliver the package to your specified address, whether it's your workplace, home, or another address. If you choose this delivery method, please provide the following details:

Exact delivery address (it may differ from the buyer's address).

Mobile phone number.

On the day of delivery, LP Express will notify you via SMS with the exact delivery time.

Items are delivered to the specified address at an agreed time on business days between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

INTERNATIONAL

Additional Delivery Information:

Notification: The recipient will be notified via SMS that their package has been delivered to the chosen location, including the parcel number, parcel terminal address, and business hours.

Pickup period: Parcels at collection points and terminals are stored for 7 calendar days without any additional fee, allowing the customer to pick them up at a convenient time.

Security: The parcel is only handed to the recipient specified on the package, who must provide an identification document or a PIN code.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you notice any damage to the packaging when receiving the parcel, immediately inform the courier or employee and request a report of the damage.

Once the ordered item has been accepted and signed for without any remarks, the shipment is considered delivered on time and in good condition.

Important: If an incorrect delivery address or contact information is provided, delivery may be delayed by 1 to 7 business days.
