An eyebrow pencil that emphasizes and gives eyebrows a natural density and thickens them. Does not give a waxy effect. Applies easily and evenly.

Usage:

- Fill in any sparse areas of the eyebrow, highlight the eyebrow line.
- Using a brush, comb through the eyebrow, this will help even out its color and give a natural and cohesive look.
